Dear Ladies,

The Tournament Committee would like to thank you for making the first year of the revived Pennsylvania Women's Open Championship a success by participating.

We'd like to improve and therefore must know specifically where we missed the mark and if/when we are on the right track, so that we may continue to progress in that direction.

We thank you in advance for taking the time to answer the survey and we truly encourage honesty. In the case of this questionnaire, we believe that anonymity will not lead to prompt improvement, because we feel it stalls and often prevents actual discourse and change from happening. This questionnaire is a crucial starting point for discovering missing components that will strengthen next year's field and purse to help us scale and sustain the Championship.

Play Well,
2017 PA Women's Open Committee
